She was unsettled and asked for my attention in the most dramatic and unpleasant way, shouting, screaming and crying. But looking at her now it’s all forgotten. She returned looking somewhat more scruffy than this photo taken before she left, but with the biggest smile on her face. She had a ball and I’ve enjoyed hearing all about it tonight, while she had a good hair wash and bath! She’s not my easiest child and as they say absence makes the heart grow fonder!
